G4 on Left 4 Dead (Xbox 360, PC)

I’ve written about Turtle Rock’s zombie FPS Left 4 Dead before and this G4 TV feature on it warrants a return to subject. It doesn’t actually tell you anything the previews haven’t already told, but you get to see it in motion. Damn those are some fast dead people! Also, the level of gore is just delightful, the exploding guy is a laugh. I would hope the player avatars would also get soiled, like Dead Rising’s protagonist after having gone through an undead horde with a baseball bat.

I’m reading Max Brooks’ excellent World War Z currently and am in the mood for zombie laughs, and this certainly fits the bill, especially with its novel AI and co-operative gameplay.
