Outsourcing secrets from Japan (Tose, 1Up)

I was on Digg reviewing my own stories and those I’ve submitted (my record is 510 diggs) and this 1Up feature on the mysterious Tose grabbed my attention. It’s the most popular story in Digg/Gaming right now, and no wonder: I find it very weird it’s been a secret this long. I’d never heard of this despite thinking I’m relatively well educated in the workings of the game industry.

Speaking of 1Up, I’m so torn about it. They often have great feature articles, but I can’t stand the site as a whole.
